We enjoyed our stay and this large, lovely home. Muni and Ravi were wonderful hosts and very helpful throughout our stay. The house is huge and on three floors allowing for privacy and quiet when my extended family was in Seattle due to a family medical issue. Muni/Ravi gave us an early check-in so we were able to go directly to the house. We very much appreciate their hospitality!

We stayed here for one night with family while visiting from out of town, and it was a great experience. The home was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Everything was just as described. Would definitely recommend for families or small groups looking for a cozy, well-kept stay.

Great place & super communicative!

Great place great host!

I was a bit worried about booking because of the negative reviews about the water heater, but it’s fixed and I had no issues. This place is gorgeous with a huge backyard. There’s plenty of parking on the driveway and it’s close to the airport and highway. I also love the accommodations for kids. Oh, and the pillows were so comfortable!!!

A group of 6 friends stayed a night at Muni’s house to clean up and organize after a week in the Cascade mountains before flying out of SeaTac. It was great house to relax in with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a nice backyard. Unfortunately the water heater kept turning off during our one night stay. The host was super responsive in trying to trouble shoot the problem (it was a very new looking tank) and apologized for the issue and proactively offered a reasonable partial refund due to our troubles. The house is very well maintained so I think it was just bad luck breaking on a Saturday evening. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others.

The house was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Host was responsive. Unfortunately the hot water heater had gone out and we tried to restart it a few times, but it did not stay on. We didn’t discover that until bedtime and our intent was to just take hot showers in the morning and hit the road, so that part was unfortunate.

We enjoyed our stay! Very close to the airport and great food and entertainment.

Joe and I want to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family over the past week and truly appreciate your friendly demeanor and prompt attention to any questions or concerns we may have had during our stay. You are a wonderful host and thought of many small details ( private work space, a well stocked coffee station with snacks, an ice machine, Britta water filter, portable fans, games, throw blankets- for when it did cool down, two entainment spaces, & full sized laundry machines ) that added to our comfort. While we did not have small children, the property would be perfect for anyone traveling with small children as it boast a play room upstairs, a large backyard with lots of bunny’s- a park within walking distance and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows- The proximity to restaurants, highways, shopping, downtown and Sea TAC are all additional reasons we would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Seattle and plan to book additional stays ourselves.

Good location and great backyard.

Muni was an extremely helpful host! Despite a couple small problems in the house out of the hosts control, we had a great stay and were under 10 minutes from the airport. Would recommend to anybody looking for a midsize family home in a private neighborhood of Tuwkila.

Muni was a very friendly and responsive host! We had some trouble with the shower faucet and he came out the next am to fix it. The restrooms weren’t the cleanest and the house setup is kinda odd, but one bedroom and one bathroom are on the main level. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Even used the grill outside for a family bbq!

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean, comfortable and had a great outdoor area. The host is super fast at responding to questions and was super helpful. We would definitely stay again. Also it’s pretty close to the freeway and stores/restaurants

Muni was extremely flexible and accommodating.

We traveled with our three year old for a long weekend. This house had some amenities that made our stay more enjoyable with a young child—a playroom with a variety of toys, big backyard, short walk to the park, and a big movie/game room space to relax and hangout. That, plus some kid-size dishes, utensils, cups, and a stool in the bathroom. All super helpful. The layout is a little unique, but cool, and the house had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were super responsive and kind!

This was our second stay at Muni’s and was just as great as the first. The outdoor kitchen and fire pit area was really cool and a nice area to hang out. We all enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I came to Washington for our annual holiday getaway. This airbnb was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and move around. It definitely has an older feel when you are there in person, and there is no bathroom upstairs which is sort of inconvenient because most of the bedrooms are upstairs. The beds were super comfortable and the downstairs area was spacious and great for a movie night! Overall the place was great. It is right off the freeway, up the hill from the mall and near any food place you could imagine. I would definitely book this place again. Muni and Ravi were amazing ! So understanding and accommodating. They truly were the perfect hosts'.

We enjoyed the stay beautiful home inside and out. We loved the second living area great for a family movie and not to mention the foosball table! Would highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful nights stay at Muni’s. We had all the amenities necessary for our stay and slept very well. The foosball table was a great plus for some father/son competition. Thanks again to Muni and Ravi for our stay!

Easy check in & beautiful place!

We are disputing the additional cleaning fee charged after we checked out. The hosts should instruct guests on how to properly clean and tidy for their cleaners to prevent guests being charged the additional fee. Aside from this, the hosts were responsive and helpful to my questions during our stay. The home was convenient for our family with young children. Beds were comfortable. There was a small ants issue in the dining area and the hosts said they would address.

We needed an Airbnb last minute - and booked this house. It fit our needs perfectly! Our boys loved playing Foozball. The beds were comfy. We loved the location in Tukwila. There is a playground within walking distance, lots of great restaurants, and so much to do in the area - including beautiful beaches!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house! It was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Muni was friendly and responded quickly when we had questions. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location, close to SEATAC airport. It allowed us to beat the morning traffic. House was clean and as described. Hosts were good at communicating. There was even a kids play room with toys: a perfect distraction after a day of travel! Everything was good, except the price was steep, especially the cleaning fee for a one night stay.

This spot was perfect for us! Loved how clean it was and had ample space for everyone to stay.

We went to Seattle for my son's wedding. There was supposed to be 5 of us but my grandson could not make it so there was only four of us, so we had plenty of room. On the day after the wedding some of the wedding guests came over. There were a lot of people but between the garage, the basement and the main floor there was plenty of room for all of us. We were really pleased with the rental overall

The host was very responsive! Easy to find & enter home. Super clean & things were labeled which made everything easy to locate & navigate once inside. Gorgeous decor & beautiful backyard. Close to everything & exactly what we needed for our stay. Ample parking which was a plus when traveling for a nearby fishing tournament.

It was worth its price. All 8 family members were comfortable and impressed. great space to just talk and visit in all three levels. We actually call it the “second home sweet home”.

My state was splendid. The kitchen was fully stocked. The backyard was very nice. A lot of space for a big family. Highly recommend.

everything was wonderful. The house met all of our needs and all the teenagers had their own room. The only drawback was that the Foosball table was broken but I am sure they will fix that right away. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. I wish all places and owners were as great as this one. Thank you!

Awesome place for a bigger group.

Ravi and Muni are very warm and caring hosts. We actually got to meet them when Muni came by to pick up and deliver passports that the previous guests left behind. That’s first class. We cooked Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners at the house and the kitchen met met most of our needs. (What vacation rental actually provides a Bundt pan)? Our hosts also provided a coffee station and a variety of snacks. The bedrooms are wonderful - especially the ones upstairs. They’re so cozy, and there’s ample space for unpacking and stowing clothes. The best feature of all the rooms is that the beds are AWESOME. Take it from a couple in their mid-fifties to whom sleep doesn’t come easy. We slept like babies. The weather was rainy one day, and then cloudy the next, so we didn’t spend time outdoors particularly at the fire pit. But it’s a great set up. And, the yard is BIG. We will certainly try to rent this house again the next time we’re in Seattle. I highly recommend it!

Had a great stay with 7 people preparing for a wedding! This property was more than we could have asked for. The outdoor kitchen is a fantastic addition to make such tasty meals. Also, watching the wildlife (squirrels, birds, etc) out back from the patio was very peaceful. We definitely plan to stay again😌

The property was nice. It appeared to be remodeled with some work still to be done specifically in the kitchen. The outdoor kitchen worked great for our family get together for a Celebration of Life event. Unfortunately the outdoor kitchen had not been cleaned prior to our arrival so I did it myself including the counters, BBQ, and sink. The interior was nice. The kitchen lacked some key items that we did not find including wine glasses, a wine opener, wooden spoons, and only one metal spactula was found. We also found out upon arrival that their was no cable TV, and free streaming was your only option when veiwing the TV. The cooktop which was older did not work the first morning due to the circuit being tripped. Also the coffee maker still had used coffee grounds left in it from the last guest. Bathrooms had very large oversized shower curtains that sould be replaced to fit. The home itself had some modern updates for an older home. Needs some TLC. Thanks, The Bishop Family

Ravi and Muni’s place was exactly what we needed for our girls trip. Little touches like chargers and cold drinking water were pleasant surprises! The apple trees in the backyard were so cute and made hanging out back there complete with little bunnies hopping around. Communication was on point, I even got recommendations for restaurants and a local coffee shop. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Ravi's place! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house was as described in pictures. Very spacious and clean. We would stay again!

Close to the airport and was easy to get downtown. We had a blast and the kids loved the apple tree on the back yard.

This home is central to everything near Seattle & close to the airport with a mall and everything under the sun food wise only a few minutes drive away. The house has a Great outdoor area with BBQ & full kitchen + a fire pit. Overall clean and comfortable with nice amenities. We had Great communication from Ravi throughout our stay. Very quiet, comfortable and great for the family with several options for sleeping arrangements. I’d suggest a wine bottle opener for the kitchen and maybe a sectional couch for 2nd level tv area. Possibly some baby gates for the stairs as they offer a high chair, pack & play and kid playroom. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a Seattle visit.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, the pictures and description of the home is accurate. The host is very responsive, and the home was pristine with everything you need during your stay. I would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this location to family and friends.

This home is beautiful! The backyard has a full kitchen, wine fridge and sink.,the inside home was beautifully decorated and the rooms felt very community/family oriented in its positionality. This home felt like it was designed to host family and togetherness. We loved it! The hosts had special touches to make you feel at home from the cute frames with inspirational sayings to chargers all over the house. This location was close to everything in every direction.

Nice and clean. like a hotel but feeling at home. huge area with room for kids to play with toys and baby football and Cinema like room Definitely, will go there again. I think you need a car if you will stay and go around as no much places around. there is a playground and big garden 3 minutes walk from home but otherwise, we need a car to go around. The place was quite though ad no noises. I think in summer you will need an AC as I think what is there is a fan, not an AC. I was one AC in the bedroom, but we didn't use it as the place was a bit cold and not needed any AC at my time

A beautiful home, that fit our needs perfectly. Will be back next year!
